Q1. What is the MOQ if I want to order from your company?

Answer: The MOQ is 4 pcs as one carton of all models,if you want to order a sample to test first,also we can accept 1 sample order.

Q2. What is the delivery time?

Answer: If order sample (1-10) pieces,the delivery time is within 1-3days send to you after got your payment;If there is no in stock,usally send to you after 3-5 days;If you have big order,we can discuss the delivery time online.

Q3. What is your payment terms.? Do you accept paypal?

Answer: We can accept TT bank transfer and Western Union.Also we accept paypal,but need add extra paypal fee.

Q4. What should I do if I meet some problems with my products?

Answer: Once you have any questions of your DVD player meets any problems,pls feel free to contact us at the first time.We will try to help you solve your problems with the help of our engineers.

Q5. What is the warranty?

Answer: We can replace a new unit within 1 month;We can bear a half shipping fee to repair the broken unit within three months;in near the one year,if there is any faults on machine.Meanwhile,if the problems are small and you can solve it,then we can provide you some technique service,include send some accessories or software to update.
